Aviation Permit Coordination
DCA Lao PDR endorsed coordinator. All 10 ASEAN member states covered. Confirmed lead times for Lao PDR, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Confirmed markets: Lao PDR · Thailand · Malaysia · Singapore | Other ASEAN: 48-72 hrs
What We Do
AATECH coordinates overflight and landing permits on behalf of operators, charter companies, private jet operators, humanitarian organisations, and corporate aviation departments across all 10 ASEAN member states. We submit directly to the relevant civil aviation authority and manage all follow-up, giving you a single point of contact regardless of how many countries your routing covers.
When you need an overflight permit, Laos is our primary jurisdiction. AATECH holds formal endorsement from the Department of Civil Aviation of Lao PDR and formal representative authority from Lao Skyway SOE, a state-owned aviation operator based in Vientiane operating MA60 turboprop aircraft on domestic scheduled routes, L410 and Cessna Caravan on domestic charter, and Mi-8/Mi-17 helicopters on domestic and international charter missions. Both letters are on file and available to clients on request.
Why Operators Use AATECH
Permit coordination in Southeast Asia requires direct working relationships with civil aviation authorities. Applications fail when they are incomplete, submitted through the wrong channel, or followed up on too slowly. AATECH's DCA-endorsed position in Lao PDR means applications move without the delays that come from dealing through intermediaries without standing.
For medical emergencies, the only metric that matters is time. Our confirmed lead times for urgent medical overflights apply across Lao PDR, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, with 3-6 hour clearance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our direct authority relationships in each of these markets.
Confirmed Turnaround Times
The following turnaround times are confirmed for Lao PDR, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. For Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, and Vietnam, lead times vary between 48 and 72 hours depending on the authority and operation type.

Step 01
Complete the form below with your aircraft details, routing, operation type, and requested dates. For medical emergencies, flag urgency in the form and contact AATECH directly via WhatsApp immediately after submitting. Do not wait for an email response if the situation is time-critical.
Step 02
We submit your application to the relevant civil aviation authority and manage all follow-up directly. If documentation is missing or clarification is required, we come back to you rather than letting the application stall.
