For operators on Bell, AgustaWestland, Airbus Helicopters, Sikorsky, and Robinson types, we coordinate sourcing on an enquiry basis through our extended supply network.
Every requirement is treated as a separate procurement. We source, confirm availability, present a quotation with full documentation status, and coordinate logistics through to your designated delivery point once approved. One contact manages the full chain.
AATECH sources parts on a per-order basis. No standing inventory is held. Each requirement is sourced from our network of OEM distributors, approved MRO parts suppliers, and serviceable materials vendors. You submit a requirement; we source, quote, and coordinate.
All parts are supplied with applicable documentation: airworthiness release certificates, OEM certificates of conformance, or traceability records appropriate to the part condition and source. Documentation status is confirmed at quotation stage before any procurement is committed.

We Identify Available Supply
We search our network of OEM distributors, MRO parts suppliers, and approved serviceable materials vendors for the required part. For primary coverage types, this process is typically faster. For extended coverage types, sourcing may require additional lead time depending on part availability in the market.
Quotation with Documentation Status
We present pricing, lead time, part condition, and full documentation status before any procurement commitment is made. You review and approve. We do not commit procurement on your behalf without explicit approval at the quotation stage. If a part cannot be sourced to your requirements, we will say so clearly.
Procurement and Logistics Coordination
Once approved, we coordinate the purchase and manage logistics from the supplier through to your designated delivery point. We consolidate documentation and ensure all required certificates and release paperwork are in order before dispatch. Delivery is tracked and confirmed with you at each stage.

Primary sourcing covers AS350 B2 (Airbus H125) and the Mi-8/17 series including Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, and Mi-172. Extended coverage is available on enquiry for AS350 B3, Bell 206/407/412, AgustaWestland AW109/AW139/AW169, Airbus H145, Sikorsky S-76, Bell 429, and Robinson R44/R66. Does AATECH hold helicopter spare parts in stock?
AATECH does not hold standing inventory. We source parts on a per-order basis, coordinating procurement from OEM distributors, MRO parts suppliers, and approved vendors for each specific requirement. This means we are not limited to a fixed catalogue and can source across a broad range of types, component categories, and condition codes.
