Speed, efficiency, and administrative accuracy are key components critical to the optimal performance of ground handling services providers in an airport. These factors work collectively to minimize the turnaround time that is allowable for an aircraft to remain at an airport or parking bay.

Other factors such as the attentiveness, safe execution of passenger ground services and ramp operations services must be carried out in relative to an operator’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are developed in accordance with the regulatory framework of the local Civil Aviation Authority.
